JOB: Subsidence was causing the edge of this patio to fall away, loosening the outer pavers so much that there was a lot of movement when you walked on them. The patio itself also required some serious TLC.

I took up the outer paving stones and dug into the bank to create a solid foundation and then built a retaining wall using reclaimed sleepers. Re-laid the outer pavers and fully re-pointing the rest of the existing patio. 

 

Also used coloured gravel to create some subtle oriental style inspired features!
